To celebrate the release of Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, Airbnb’s "Icons" series brought the infamous Deetz house to life in New Jersey. Hosted by Delia Deetz herself, this three-hour immersive experience invited guests into a faithfully recreated home, complete with its iconic giant mourning veil. Inside, fans could explore Delia’s eccentric art, discover the Maitlands' miniature town in the attic, and step through a glowing green portal straight into the Afterlife Waiting Room. By turning pure cinematic nostalgia into a tangible reality, the activation became a highly coveted pop-culture event.
